Focaccia alla Pala is a typical traditional product. The “alla pala” derives from the fact that it was originally baked with a long rectangular wooden shovel.
The dough is prepared with mother yeast, type “0” soft wheat flour and water to make the product light, crunchy and highly digestible and is handmade.

Type “0” soft wheat flour, water, pitted black olives (8%), extra virgin olive oil (6.7%), dextrose, brewer’s yeast, salt, sunflower oil, mono- and diglycerides of acids fat, rice flour.
May contain traces of soy and sesame seeds.
