QUALITY R&D: Enterprise and Research

We want to create an innovative factory, where the well-being of people and the quality of the working environment are always in first place. Technological research, collaboration with University Institutes and with the CNR (National Research Council) have allowed us to recover tradition with an impetus towards the future. We enthusiastically produce according to the principles of ethics and environmental sustainability.

Our commitment is realised in the continuous research of technical and technological solutions aimed at optimising the use of energy and reducing any polluting factor, with the guarantee and quality of a diligent Italian production.

Orva is committed on a daily basis to provide safe products through different types of analysis for the quality control of raw materials and products.

Here are our annual consumer protection audits: 6,000 internal analyses, 1,600 texture analysers to which 20 panel tests are added for comparison with all the competitors present on the bread substitutes market.

In addition, we rely on accredited external laboratories for the 2,000 annual analyses concerning microbiology, mycotoxins, phytopharmaceuticals, allergenic, GMO free, chemical-physical, nutritional and environmental hygiene matters.

Orva researches and studies the relationship between food and the environment, respecting tradition and local culture, identifying tools and means with low environmental impact and low pollution for the enhancement of territory and product.
